The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently began the second five-year cycle of revalidation, a process that requires group practices and providers to review and update their Medicare Part B enrollment records. The stakes are raised in Cycle 2 of revalidation, as CMS will deactivate billing privileges for providers who miss their revalidation due dates or fail to complete the required updates.
